We have worked with ULI since 2007 developing member-led research and intelligence on a range of critical issues at the interface between cities and real estate. Alongside this we support ULI at member events and summits throughout Europe and beyond.
The Urban Land Institute (ULI) is a global, member-driven organization comprising more than 40,000 real estate and urban development professionals dedicated to advancing the Institute’s mission of providing leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide.
We have worked with ULI since 2007 to develop member-led research and intelligence on a range of critical issues at the interface between cities and real estate. Partnering closely with the ULI Europe team headquartered in London, we have participated in events and workshops in more than 40 cities across Europe and beyond.
This work has always benefited greatly from ULI’s highly engaged membership base, expert content curation led by the London Office, and the strong credibility and relationships with public decision-makers in cities all over Europe. These have been a recipe for a number of important, popular and agenda-setting reports on issues such as investment tools, density, the innovation economy and city competitiveness.
Key publications produced as part of our collaboration with ULI include:
